If your system goes down Applied Air solutions are the guys to call! No matter what the time is, we offer 24/7 service call outs and will do our best to complete the repair on site where possible. Unfortunately this may not always possible as your unit may require new parts. In cases like these, we will provide an accurate diagnosis on the day and provide a quote for the repair/replacement as soon as possible so that the order can be placed to ensure we are back repairing your unit promptly.

In rare cases and especially in Covid times, there have been some minor delays in parts. We understand that long time frames without your air conditioner or heater just may not be an option for your home or business.

Luckily for our clients, our difference is that we will never leave you hanging without temperature control! We are able to arrange temporary and portable air-conditioning or heating units to get you out of trouble until we can complete your repair.

BREAKDOWN PROCEDURE:

1. Attend site to inspect the unit
2. Diagnosis: Diagnose and provide explanation. Where possible, we will repair the unit on site.
3. The Quote: A manufacturer may need to be contacted to obtain your quote however where possible we will quote you on site.
4. Order: Once you have accepted the quote, your parts will be ordered.
5. Return and Repair: As soon as your part is in stock we will return to site with all we need to complete the repair. (If turnover time to receive stock is lengthy, we can arrange temporary and portable heating or cooling for you).
